This is a nice looking black beanie,  is 100% acrylic  and looks pretty sturdy.

“Off Balancing” can win you the Fight.

“Off Balancing” or controlling your opponents movement can be an effective technique when used properly. One of the most effective ways to use this technique is with the neck clinch. This is taught in Muay Thai Boxing as well as traditional Ju jitsu. Place both hands behind your opponents head and pull forward while walking backwards, keeping your opponent from setting his feet. While your opponent is off balance, devastating knees can be launched at your opponents body and head. ….

Training with the Exercise Ball

The exercise ball is an excellent MMA training tool. The ball provides an entire body workout. Use of the ball teaches balance as well as strengthening the body’s core. You can practice punches and kicks while sitting on the ball, this may prove difficult at first but with practice the user will stay balanced while throwing punches as well as kicks.

Roundhouse Kick Becoming Signature Knockout Weapon

The “high kick” or roundhouse kick has been responsible for some of the most exciting knockouts in MMA history. Pete Williams kick to the face of Mark “the Hammer” Coleman, for years was the most popular highlight for the UFC. Now this powerful kick is being incorporated into the games of all the MMA fighters Rashad Evans knockout over Sean Salmon was an example of how explosive a roundhouse kick truly is.
